20 Ton/Hour Wood Pellet Production Line Installed in Hanoi, Northern Vietnam | Longze Machinery
In January 2022, SHANDONG LONGZE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD successfully installed a 20 ton per hour wood pellet production line in Hanoi, Northern Vietnam.
The client uses acacia logs harvested from forests, with log diameters ranging from 5 cm to 20 cm. After log debarking, the raw timber goes through crushing, grinding, drying and pelletizing processes. The finished wood pellets are exported to Japan.
Longze Machinery supplied the full set of equipment for this project, including a log debarker, comprehensive wood crusher, hammer mill, 3m diameter rotary dryer, eight sets of 280kW 850 pellet mills, pellet screener, pellet cooler and big bag packing machine.
This pellet plant helps the customer efficiently process timber resources and turn raw wood into high-value biofuel pellets. The whole production system complies with Vietnam’s national environmental standards and brings substantial economic benefits to the client.
