In November 2023, SHANDONG LONGZE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD completed the installation of a 10-ton-per-hour chicken manure fertilizer pellet production line in Portugal.
This complete production line is equipped with a manure chain shredder, rotary screener, mixer, belt scale, dryer, pellet mill, cooling machine and packaging machine. The system enables customers to recycle and reuse solid waste manure efficiently.
The production line achieves an actual output of 10 tons per hour, manufacturing 5mm chicken manure pellets. With Longze Machinery’s reliable equipment, our Portuguese client successfully realizes manure recycling and gains greater economic benefits.
