The entire wood pellet making line adopts a scientific and matched equipment configuration, covering the whole production process from raw material crushing, fine grinding, pellet forming, material cooling to finished product packaging. It is equipped with a 160KW comprehensive crusher for primary crushing of bulk waste wood materials, a 55KW hammer mill to further pulverize materials into fine powder that meets pelleting standards, and a 132KW high-efficiency pellet machine as the core forming equipment to ensure uniform particle size and high molding rate of finished pellets. Matched with a 30M³ large-capacity cooling silo, it can fully cool high-temperature newly-made pellets, effectively reduce pellet breakage and improve product hardness and durability. The supporting 25KG/bag automatic packaging equipment realizes standardized and quantitative packaging, greatly facilitating finished product storage, transportation and market sales.
