Introduction
Model GX216 is a high-efficiency industrial shredding/crushing machine with stable performance and compact structure. It is equipped with a 650 mm rotor diameter and 3 high-hardness blades, running at a blade speed of 590 rpm to ensure strong and stable cutting force. The machine adopts a 540×240 mm feeding port and supports a maximum material diameter of 230 mm, with a feeding speed of 38 m/min to achieve smooth and continuous feeding.
Its processing capacity ranges from 5–8 tons per hour (tph), powered by a 55 kW main motor, matched with feeding motors (3+4 kW), discharging motors (3+3 kW) and a 1.5 kW oil pump motor for reliable and energy-saving operation. The machine is equipped with a 4000 mm feeding conveyor and a 10000 mm discharge conveyor to realize automatic conveying and discharging. With a total weight of 4.5 tons, the whole unit can be delivered in one 20-foot general purpose container (1×20’GP), which is convenient for transportation and loading.
