Products Introduction
The sheep feed grinder is a durable hammer mill for processing maize, wheat, soybean and other grains into uniform livestock feed. Its high-speed hammer rotor delivers fast, efficient grinding, while the cyclone discharge system collects finished powder cleanly with minimal dust. Powered by a reliable electric motor and monitored via a control cabinet with voltage and current meters, the machine operates stably and safely (CE certified). Interchangeable screens allow flexible control of particle size to suit different feed formulas. With a rugged steel body and wear-resistant parts, it ensures long service life and low maintenance — ideal for farms and small feed mills.

FAQ
Q1. What materials can this grinder process?
A1. It is designed for dry, free-flowing granular materials such as maize, wheat, sorghum, soybean and other grain-based feed ingredients. For best results, keep the material moisture content low; overly wet or sticky materials can reduce output and cause clogging.
Q2. How fine can the finished powder be?
A2. Not less than 2MM .The particle size is controlled by the screen mesh installed in the grinding chamber. By changing to a finer or coarser screen, you can produce anything from coarse grits to fine powder to match your feed formula.
Q3. How do I change the particle size?
A3. Replace the screen mesh with the desired hole size. Turn off and disconnect the power first, open the chamber, remove the old screen, install the new one and make sure it is firmly secured before restarting. Refer to the user manual for your specific model.
