FAQ

Q1: How long does a 20kg bag of wood pellets last?

A1: It depends on working load. For our burners with consumption of 5–6kg/h, a 20kg bag can run roughly 3 to 4 hours at full power.

Q2: Why are people getting rid of pellet stoves?

A2: Some users stop using them due to fluctuating pellet fuel prices and regular maintenance requirements.

Q3: How long will a 40 lb bag of wood pellets burn?

A3: 40 lb equals about 18.1kg. At 5–6kg/h consumption, it can burn for around 3 hours under full load.

Q4: What are the negatives of a pellet stove?

A4: It needs periodic ash cleaning, and stable pellet supply is required for continuous operation.
