In December 2025, SHANDONG LONGZE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD completed the installation of a 6 ton per hour rice straw pellet production line in northern India.
The customer uses rice straw with moisture content below 15% as raw material. The complete production line is equipped with our twin-shaft shredder, hammer mill, two sets of 850 pellet mills, pellet cooler, cooling silo and packing machine.
Apart from rice straw pellets, this pellet plant can also process multiple raw materials including rice husk, wood shavings, mustard stalks and sugarcane bagasse. Finished pellets are available in 6mm and 8mm diameters, used as biofuel for boilers and power plants across India for power generation.
