In March 2022, with assistance from our Spanish distributor, Shandong Longze Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted equipment installation and after-sales follow-up visits for a local client in Spain.
The customer’s raw material consists of wood scraps from furniture factories. Using Longze Machinery’s wood chipper, hammer mill, dryer and pellet mill for sequential processing, the plant produces wood pellets with a diameter of 6 mm. The packaging section adopts heat-sealed plastic bags with a packing weight of 15 kg per bag.
The European market imposes strict requirements on pellet calorific value and ash content. Longze Machinery’s equipment fully meets these high standards.
