In May 2023, SHANDONG LONGZE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD installed a 10 TPH wood pellet production line in India.
The customer’s raw material is forest timber with a diameter of 15–25 cm. Longze mobile diesel wood chipper cuts the logs into wood chips. Then two sets of Longze 200KW grinders reduce the wood chips into 10mm wood shavings. Afterwards, four sets of Longze 250KW pellet mills produce 8mm diameter wood pellets. Part of the finished pellets are supplied to local boiler plants and power stations, while the rest are exported to Europe.
