Longze Brand Rotary Continuous Charcoal Making Furnace is a fully continuous biomass carbonization equipment designed for large-scale charcoal production. The main drum adopts optional 304SS or Boiler steel material, with drum diameter of 1500mm and drum length of 11500mm. The whole set is equipped with matched feeding, driving, air supply and cooling discharging systems. It supports multiple heating fuels including firewood, natural gas, LPG gas and biomass burner. The feeding temperature keeps 350-450°C. Raw materials should be less than 3cm in size and moisture content below 15%. The machine reaches a charcoal output of 2000-2500kg per hour. The supporting screw loading conveyor is 325mm in diameter, 6m long with 3kw power. The screw cooling discharge conveyor is double pipe structure, outer diameter 325mm, inner diameter 219mm, length 6m and power 5.5kw. Combined power configuration includes feed power 5.5+3kw, drive motor 15kw, fan motor 22kw and oxygen intake fan 7.5kw. This continuous carbonization furnace realizes uninterrupted feeding, carbonization and cooling discharging, greatly improving production efficiency compared with batch charcoal kilns.
